Real Estate Web3 Simluation

Be part of the real estate boom on Base Network this OnChain Summer, collect buildings of different types (residential, resource industry or government) to generate resources and collect rent (via staking rewards).

Behind each building boom are many different particpants. Construction is only one aspect, someone has to ensure there are enough workers and resources available. In this simulation we will be using a network of ERC20 and ERC721 tokens to simulate a building boom experience.



A community DAO

At the core of this project is a DAO community fund that utilizes a local BASE defi protocol generating a monthly activity fund. Players can vote on how to allocate the fund within reasonable bounds from taxes to subsidies, tourism campaigns and more.

Get a Wallet

All game assets are stored in player's crypto wallets in line with the crypto community's value of self custody. The recommended way to play is through PC with chrome browser extension wallet, Metamask.

Players can still interact with smart contract's through the wallet's browser function.

You need ETH on Base Network for all transactions. This can be done through buying Ethereum on Coinbase and withdrawing your ETH to your browser wallet as a BASE network crypto.

What happened to the original $Diligent pepe project?

The original Diligent Pepe project launched late May only to have its main dev depart after losing 15% of treasury to scammers. The communtiy stepped in and continued the project.
While we enjoy the narrative and ethos of building up BASE with utility applications, the rebirth project cannot make any promises on making players whole again.

How much can I expect to make? Wen Moon?

This project is first and foremost a meme coin with an artistic expression. You should be participating because you love art and are excited to try different web3 utiltiy & applications. While there are different ERC20/ERC721 tokens in play, they are impacted by market forces and DAO governacne decisions.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY FINANCIAL RETURNS.

Who are the people behind the rebirth?

Unlike Big Dick Rick who left with 20k USD, the community members who are here left to pick up the pieces are merely volunteers and bag holders. We love city builders, memes and building something awesome.
